La casa de las ventanas.

La Calle Pimienta por estar en el centro neurálgico del Barrio de Santa Cruz y por su tipismo sevillano y folclórico, es una de las vías más transitadas por todos los turistas que se adentran en los callejones del barrio judío.
Al final de la misma, ya casi pegado al Callejón del Agua, nos encontramos una casa que rezuma historia y vivencias a partes iguales.
Me llamó la atención esta casa por tener una fachada muy antigua y bellamente agujereada de ventanales de todo tipo fruto de las constantes reformas que han ido realizando los propietarios con el paso del tiempo.

Me atreví a abrir la pesada puerta de madera y pasé a un estrecho y oscuro zaguán desde donde pude a tomar algunas fotos de un típico patio sevillano con columnas de mármol blanco y flores que decoraban el interior del mismo.
Sobre una de las paredes había una imagen de una virgen que no logré identificar.
En la galería que rodeaba el patio, sobre un bello suelo de ladrillo, antiguos muebles estaban adosados a las paredes a modo de decoración y con escasa practicidad.
Al fondo se vislumbraba una escalera que indicaba el camino de las habitaciones o de otras viviendas pues mi desconocimiento no me permite discernir si era una vivienda con varios vecinos o era una casa unifamiliar de una familia de posibles.

The Pimienta Street, for being in the neuralgic center of the Neighborhood of Santa Cruz and for its Sevillian folklore, is one of the routes most passed for all the tourists who go to the Jewish neighborhood.
At the end of the same one, next to the Alley of the Water, we can see a house with history.
I paid my attention in this house that had a front wall very ancient and beautiful pierced with large windows of all kinds thanks to the constant reforms that the owners have realized for times.

I dared to open the heavy door of wood and went on to a narrow and dark vestibule from where I could to taking some photos of a typical Sevillian court with columns of white marble and flowers that were decorating the interior of the same one.
On one of the walls there was an image of a virgin that I did not achieve to identify.
In the gallery that was surrounding the court, on a beautiful soil of brick, former furnitures were attached to the walls like decoration.
To the bottom there was a stairs  indicating the way of the rooms or of other houses since my ignorance does not allow me to discern if it was a house with several neighbors or was an one-family house of a rich family.
