Las indulgencias de la Virgen del Rosario.

En la Iglesia del Sagrario, si miramos de cara al altar, en el lado de la epístola, podemos ver cuatro capillas a la derecha. Cuatro capillas dedicadas, por este orden, a Santa Bárbara, a la Inmaculada, a San Antonio y, la última, a la Virgen del Rosario.
En esta última capilla podemos ver el cuadro de la foto de arriba. De la importancia de esta capilla y de la imagen titular de la misma, habla el cuadro que podemos ver en ella. En él se habla de indulgencias. Y no de unas indulgencias normales, sino de cuatro indulgencias diferentes aplicadas a la adoración de la imagen de la Virgen del Rosario.
El Arzobispo de Sevilla (80 días de indulgencias), el Obispo de Cádiz (40 días de indulgencias), el Obispo de Córdoba (40 días de indulgencias) y el Obispo coadyutor de Birmingham y futuro Obispo de Westminster (un sevillano de familia inglesa) que dio otros 40 días de indulgencias a quienes invocaren la gracia de San José y Santo Domingo de Guzmán, imágenes de santos que están en la misma capilla de la Virgen del Rosario.

In the Church of the Sacrarium, if we have a look to the altar, we can look at four chapels to the right. Four dedicated chapels, for this order, to Holy Barbara, to the Inmaculate Conception, to San Antonio and, the last one, to the Virgin of the Rosario.
In the latter chapel we can see the picture of the photo. Of the importance of this chapel and of the titular image of the same one speaks the picture that we can see in it. It speaks about indulgences. And not of a few normal indulgences, but about four different indulgences applied to the adoration of the image of the Virgin of the Rosario.
The Archbishop of Seville (80 days of indulgences), the Bishop of Cadiz (40 days of indulgences), the Bishop of Cordova (40 days of indulgences) and the Bishop coadjutor of Birmingham and future Bishop of Westminster (a Sevillian one from a English family) who gave other 40 days of indulgences to whom invoke the grace of Saint Joseph and Saint Domingo de Guzman, saints' images that are in the same chapel of the Virgin of the Rosario.

En esta casa señorial del Barrio de Santa Cruz que ocupa el número 14 de la estrecha Calle Fabiola nació un inglés importante para la religión de su país.
Allí podemos ver una placa de mármol en la fachada en la que se recuerda el nacimiento de un futuro Arzobispo: el primer Arzobispo católico de Westminter.
Nicholas Patrick Stephen Cardinal Wiseman vino al mundo en Sevilla, un 2 de Agosto (con la fresquita) de 1802 y murió en Londres el 15 de Febrero de 1865.
Fue un sacerdote inglés que, por circunstancias históricas, llegó a ser el primer Cardenal Arzobispo de Westminster, pues en el transcurso de los últimos años de su vida se produjo restablecimiento de la jerarquía católica en Inglaterra en 1850.
El hecho de que naciera en Sevilla fue por pura casualidad. Pocos años antes, sus padres por motivos comerciales, se instalaron en nuestra ciudad.
Ya les dije más arriba que esta casa está situada en la Calle Fabiola, y esto también tiene su historia. Precísamente su obra literaria más conocida publicada por el Cardenal Wiseman llevaba ese nombre: "Fabiola". La escribió en 1854 y fue traducida a varios idiomas.

In this lordly house of the Santa Cruz Neighborhood, that occupies the number 14 of the narrow Fabiola Street we can see a marble plate in its front wall in which is remembered the birth of a future Archbishop: to the first Archbishop of Westminter.
Nicholas Patrick Stephen Cardinal Wiseman was born on August 2 in 1802 and he died in London on February 15, 1865. He was a priest Englishman that Archbishop of Westminster turned into the first Cardinal with the reestablishment of the catholic hierarchy into England into 1850.
The fact that he was born in Seville it was lucky chance. A few years before, his parents, for commercial motives, established themselves in our city.
I said before that this house is placed in Fabiola Street, and this also has a history. Just his more known literary work published by the Cardinal Wiseman was taking this name. "Fabiola". He wrote it in 1854 and was translated into several languages.
