.
It is the first photo that I publish of a college in Seville, but his showy exterior image forces us to it. It is the College La Salle-Felipe Benito who is placed in the San Juan de La Salle Street.
It was built in the year 1931.
This educational center, as all those who form this community, receive this name from Jean Baptiste La Salle, the person who, at the end of the 17th century, associated with a few teachers to support schools dedicated to poor children. With them he founded the Institute of the Brothers of the Christian Schools.
It is curious, is a Christian college, nevertheless, the first impression that it gave me some years ago was that it was muslim style building, and the belfry resembled the own Giralda.
