Este fue uno de los símbolos de la Exposición Universal de 1992 celebrada en Sevilla. La esfera, en realidad, era un instrumento de climatización del ambiente a través de minúsculos agujeros por los que emanaba agua pulverizada. Sin duda, la esfera ayudaba a soportar el calor del verano sevillano.

This element was one of the symbols of the Universal Exhibition of 1992 celebrated in Seville. The sphere, indeed, was an instrument of air conditioning of the environment across minuscule holes where pulverized water was coming. Undoubtedly, the sphere was helping to support the heat of the Sevillian summer.
