El cielo más florido.

Para mí, la Iglesia de Santa María la Blanca es la que tiene el "cielo" más bonito de toda Sevilla. Cuando digo "cielo" me refiero al techo que cubre la nave principal y la pequeña cúpula.
Se construyó en el lugar que ocupó una sinagoga judía edificada en el siglo XIII. En 1391 es transformada en iglesia cristiana, volviéndose a reconstruir a mediados del siglo XVII.
Desde entonces ha sufrido los vaivenes del tiempo y se ha deteriorado en gran medida. En estos momentos está cerrada al culto pendiente de su restauración.

For me, the Church of Santa Maria la Blanca is one of the churhs that has the nicest "sky" in Seville. When I say "sky" I say to the ceiling that it covers the principal part and the small dome.
