La Hacienda Su Eminencia.



La hacienda Su Eminencia es un conjunto de edificios que datan del siglo XIII y tenían un carácter eminentemente agricola.
Desde su construcción ha tenido distintos propietario. De hecho, en 1764 el Cardenal Solís lo utilizó como finca de recreo, hecho que le dio el nombre de Su Eminencia. A su muerte, en 1775, el patrimonio fue expoliado, convirtiéndose el Cabildo Catedral en nuevo dueño como pago de unas deudas. 
A finales del siglo XIX fue expropiado por el Estado para la expansión de la ciudad.
Desde sus orígenes, la Hacienda tuvo un marcado carácter agrícola que compaginó con el de residencia de sus dueños hasta 1992. 
Once años después, se convertirá en la sede de la Fundación Forja XXI a quien la Empresa Pública del Suelo de Andalucía, (Epsa) se lo ha cedido.
 Forja XXI tiene como objetivo satisfacer las necesidades de orden físico, asistencial y de integración social y laboral de los sectores más necesitados.


The His Eminence Farm is a set of buildings that date back to the 13th century and had an eminently agricultural character. 
From the construction it has had owner different. In fact, in 1764 the Cardinal Solís used it like estate of playtime, fact that gave the name of His Eminence. To his death, in 1775, the heritage was pillaged, then the Chapter Cathedral was the new owner like payment of a few debts. 
At the end of the 19th century it was expropriated by the State for the expansion of the city.
From its origins, the Farm had a marked agricultural character that was reconciled with the residence of its owners until 1992.
Eleven years later, it will turn into the headquarters of the Foundation Forja XXI whom the Public company of Andalusia, (Epsa) gave it.
Forja XXI has a mission, to satisfy the needs of physical, welfare order and of social and labor integration of the neediest sectors.
