.
This door is placed in the Malaga´s Avenue and corresponds to a block of flats of the above mentioned street. It was called me the attention for the mixture of decorative elements that exists in it. First of all, an arch of horse-shoe in Mozarabic style.
On the other hand, a few ceramic pieces in blue, green and yellow tones, like the Sevillian line.It includes a door in iron forged with romantic details in the top part. And it includes two faces, which just now I do not know identify, of two men with hulls of Roman warrior.
The low part of the lintel of the door is realized in two materials, limestone and brick, in two colors, in the style of the archs of the Mosque of Cordova.

  1. Fascinating mixture of styles, the way you describe it. I don't know much about architectural histories, but I think everything works well together in this case. I think it's gorgeous! The tiles and the arch of the wrought-iron gate especially.
